These terms apply to Whistles Hair Ltd, trading as Whistles Hair Salon ("we", "us", "our"). We are a private limited company, company number 16903193, with our registered office at 25 Brockley Rise, London, England, SE23 1JG. By using our website, booking an appointment or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Whistles Hair Salon and Whistles Laser Clinic are two separate businesses that share the same address. Whistles Hair Ltd runs the salon and this website. Whistles Laser Clinic is a different business, with its own website, bookings, prices, terms and policies. This website links to the Whistles Laser website for your convenience only; that website is not part of this one, and these terms do not apply to it. Anything you book, buy or have done with one business is a contract with that business only, and the other business is not responsible for it.

This website and its content belong to us, except where stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without our permission. We try to keep this website accurate and available at all times, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Appointments are booked through our Treatwell booking link, which is also subject to Treatwell’s own booking terms. Any cancellation or no-show policy will be made clear to you at the time of booking.

Our online shop currently delivers to UK addresses. A contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation email, not before. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. If we discover a pricing or listing error, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to cancel. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see your full card details. For delivery timing and collection, see our Delivery Policy. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit or exclude. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
