Delivery Policy

We currently deliver within the UK only. The delivery cost is worked out at checkout from your address, before you pay.

You can choose to collect your order instead, at no charge, from Whistles Hair Salon, 25 Brockley Rise, Forest Hill, London SE23 1JG. We’ll email you as soon as your order is ready to collect.

When your order is sent, we’ll email you to let you know, with a tracking number where one is available.

Delivery times depend on the delivery option shown at checkout. By law, we will deliver your order without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of your order, unless we agree another date with you.

If your order hasn’t arrived when you expected, arrives damaged, or something is missing, please contact us on 020 8699 7009 or at info@whistleshair.co.uk and quote your order reference (you’ll find it in your confirmation email). We’ll sort it out with you.
